After years working in the U.S. logistics industry, Ricardo Gonzalez and Joel McGinley witnessed something powerful: the transformative impact of giving people, especially those from undeveloped countries, a real shot at meaningful, stable work.
They saw how driven, talented professionals from countries like Colombia, Ecuador, and the Philippines could deliver results that matched, and often exceeded, expectations. But the process to connect those individuals with U.S. companies was broken: too complex, too risky, too full of friction.
So they decided to change that.
